I discovered and tried a cafe in Rockwell called
Refinery. It is located at the ground floor of Joya building in Rockwell.
The cafe can accomodate around 15 people inside and around 10 people outside. I noticed that foreigners like the place since it is quiet and not attached to the Powerplant mall.

For breakfast, I tried their decaf caffe mocha and the truffled eggs with salad. The coffee is good but the truffled eggs can still be improved.
