Disney's live-action movie version of "Beauty and the Beast" starring Emma Watson as Belle, Dan Stevens as the Beast and Luke Evans as Gaston, is a wonderful rendition of the classic story.

Emma Watson was perfectly cast as Belle, the beautiful, bright, brave, active and independent young woman who rescued her father who was taken as prisoner by a beast in a castle and sacrificed by taking her father's place as prisoner.
It is nice to see Emma Watson fit into her new role as Belle and break away from her most remembered character role as Hermione Granger in the Harry Potter films. Emma has certainly given justice to her role as Belle since she sang and acted well. Her facial expressions when she was interacting with the enchanted household objects was just delightful. There was even a scene in the film when Belle sings and runs on the hills and since she is surrounded by green hilltops and yellow flowers it is a scene that reminds us of Maria in the Sound of Music.

The costumes, the grand movie set and excellent cinematography used for the film transports the audience to the interesting scenes that are visually engaging. The scene where the enchanted servants sing "Be Our Guest" was spectacular as the popular candelabra character, Lumiere, dances and sings with a lively team of dancing house items such as pots, plates, etc.
The racially diverse cast in the film shows the film's support on promoting diversity. There are also a lot of funny scenes in the film involving characters such as Lumiere, Cogsworth the clock, Mrs. Potts and Madame Garderobe.
One of the most important scenes of the film is the graceful dance by Belle and the Beast, which was rendered in such a wonderful way.
